Working hand-in-hand with trendsetting brands like Eataly, Sweetgreen, and Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty, Thielly’s team has been reimagining store and restaurant design – even embedding innovative new technologies such as augmented reality – to personalize customer service in ways once thought unimaginable.
Ferreira’s unique, customer-centric approach is evident in her work in airports and transportation hubs, where URW develops and operates commercial programs at LAX, Chicago O’Hare, and the iconic Westfield World Trade Center. Mindful of the stress on commuters and travelers, Ferreira and her team design environments where people can shop, dine, discover, relax.
