As the long-term Terminal Commercial Manager (TCM) partner of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) since 2012 at LAX Terminals 1, 2, 3, 6, Tom Bradley International Terminal, and Bradley West Gates, URW plays a key role in the $15 billion transformation of one of the world’s busiest airports, capturing more than 60% of total traffic.

Since 2011, URW has partnered with the Chicago Department of Aviation to transform Terminal 5, boost sales and revenue, and create jobs and opportunities. Capturing the spirit of Chicago, URW led a $26 million transformation featuring double the commercial space, an exciting dining and retail lineup featuring unique local brands, a redesigned TSA checkpoint, and cutting-edge design.

One of the largest hubs for American Airlines and global airline alliance oneworld, John F. Kennedy International Airport’s Terminal 8 serves as a major gateway to New York City and the world. Since 2004, URW has proudly partnered with American Airlines to enhance the customer experience at Terminal 8 and reflect the unique style and spirit of New York City and the region.

Ideally positioned at the nexus of Lower Manhattan—where 13 subway lines and the PATH train converge—Westfield World Trade Center welcomes nearly a million commuters, tourists, local residents, and workers each week. An instantly identifiable landmark like no other, Westfield World Trade Center showcases nearly 80 fashion, health, beauty, lifestyle, technology, and experiential brands under one magnificent roof, The Oculus.

Fulton Center

New York City’s Fulton Center is a transit and retail hub in Lower Manhattan bringing 10 subway lines together under one dramatic atrium. Serving a diverse market of commuters, residents, and tourists, Fulton Center features 60,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 50 LED screens for brand opportunities and live transit information.
