Reinventing the Travel Experience

We are excited to announce three new leasing opportunities at LAX Terminal 3, another step in the airport industry’s comeback from the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of the Terminal 2 and 3 Modernization Project at LAX – a $1.86 billion project to modernize, upgrade and connect Terminals 2, 3, and the Tom Bradley International Terminal – URW is offering leasing opportunities for 3 new dining destinations in Terminal 3, projected to debut in mid-2023.

The Terminal 3 leasing opportunity is open to all businesses, and URW has evolved its Competitive Evaluation Process (CEP) to make it more inclusive in the marketplace by encouraging small, local business and ACDBE participation. In addition, to better serve today’s socially conscious customers, URW is challenging bidders to deliver innovative proposals that highlight their commitment to sustainability and positive social impact.

When completed, the reconstructed Terminal 3 concourse, home to Delta Airlines, will ease congestion and enhance connectivity both pre- and post-security between Terminals 2 and 3. The renovated terminals will feature 14 dining and retail destinations occupying nearly 15,000 square feet – an increase of nearly 3,000 square feet before construction began.
