Modernized McDonald’s debuts at O’Hare T5

A modernized, first-of-its-kind McDonald’s restaurant has opened for business in the Terminal 5 Arrivals Level, brings convenience and technology to the forefront with the addition of new self-order kiosks, mobile order and payment, table service, charging stations and a fresh design.

Among the exciting new features offered at the revamped restaurant is mobile app pay feature, which allows customers to order and pay from their own device.

The restaurant is 100% owned and operated by local Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) partner MYD Holdings. With the upgraded offering, MYD has increased the number of seats at the fast food outlet to 60 and boosted the crew size by 35%.
