JFK team helps beautify Queens park

Being part of the Queens community means digging in—both figuratively and literally! Our John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) teams were thrilled to spend the day with The Showing Hearts Foundation helping with their Park Beautification Project.

The team spent the day planting flowers, painting benches, enhancing the park’s beauty and creating a more welcoming space for the community at Wayanda Park in Queens.

The Showing Hearts Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, empowering and uplifting underserved communities through organizational support, youth economic development and community outreach. Through our work at both The New Terminal One and Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport, we are grateful to organizations like Showing Hearts that contribute to a strong Queens community.

As a company, our teams throughout the world take part in our annual URW Community Day.

Teams roll up their sleeves and contribute to the needs of their neighboring associations and charitable organizations.

LET'S DO BUSINESS.

With a global portfolio of premier consumer destinations–including airports, transit, and shopping centers—URW is uniquely positioned to help showcase brands at their best and connect local communities and organizations to our programs.
