Andrea’s 10-year career at URW has spanned negotiating landmark new business deals valued at hundreds of millions of dollars, providing critical support and relief that enabled small business tenants to weather the COVID-19 crisis, and helping to lower the barriers of entry for local small disadvantaged businesses as part of URW’s Advance Network team.
Andrea plays a key role supporting business development efforts, which includes the recent announcement of URW being chosen as the exclusive commercial developer and manager for the $9.5 billion new Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
