LAX Concessions Partners honored with industry awards

Gameway and Nick Crews, two concessions partners of URW at LAX, received special honors from the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA)

Throughout the year many of our concessions partners are recognized with various industry awards and honors. We see first-hand their hard work and dedication in offering our guests a first-class experience and are proud to partner with them. We are excited to recognize two of our Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) partners who recently won awards.

Gameway, the world’s first premium video game lounge, was awarded the 2023 Best New Passenger Experience Concept by Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA). The trade association representing commercial service airports in the United States and Canada announced the winners of the 2023 ACI-NA Airport Concessions Awards, which celebrated the resilience of airports, concessionaires, and business partners.

Gameway, a 100% Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) operates in LAX Terminals 3 and 6.

Nick Crews, who operates restaurants in LAX Terminals 1, 2, and 3, was honored as the Advocate of the Year by The Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC). This award recognizes an individual within the industry who has been a diversity inclusion advocate and active AMAC member. The honorees were announced as part of the 2023 AMAC Catalyst Awards during the 38th AMAC Airport Business Diversity Conference in San Antonio, TX.
